What does a grief coaching session look like?

Mostly, a coaching session is talking through your grief and discussing ways you can begin moving forward in your daily life. Sometimes, we can use art, journaling, movement, or other activities to help process grief. No two sessions are alike, just as no two grief journeys are alike. Your session will be tailored to you and your unique needs.

Also, coaching sessions can take place in person, over the phone, or online over Zoom or Google Meet, which allows more flexibility for both of us.
